2 brothers and their Dad opened My Pita Wrap Mediterranean Grill and Levant Grocery Corner Store in 2016.
Dad’s grandfather first came to America in the mid-1800s.
Our family roots reach back beyond the Ottoman Empire in the Levant—the eastern Mediterranean region shown in dark green on the map.
That heritage lives on in the authentic spices, traditional ways and quality ingredients we use.
From fresh pita baked daily on our dome grill to how we prepare and cook our meats, spreads and sauces, every recipe and technique comes from Mom and Dad, who grew up in the Levant.
With Dad now retired and one brother focused on his medical practice, the other continues to lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations—as chef, manager, and the creative force behind all marketing, design, and branding.
We were born and raised here, and Arizona will always be home. Like many of you, we grew up in the valley on ’90s hip-hop—and we’re proud to share our family’s Levant culture, traditions, and food with you.
